Your dog is bathed and blow dried, brushed out and de-shedded, and finished with scissors by hand. Nails and ears are done as part of the same visit.
The brush out and de-shed is there for exactly that, lifting loose coat before it ends up on your floor. Bring your dog along and we will look at the coat with you.
Dogs are handled gently and given time, which is what owners mention most in their reviews. One owner's dog arrived anxious and was calm and relaxed by pick up.
